The app

Furkeep is a personal record-keeping tool for pet owners, provided by Therkildsen Group, CVR 46203798, Denmark. It is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use under the terms of the store you downloaded it from (Apple's standard EULA or Google Play's terms) and these terms.

Not veterinary advice

Default vaccine intervals and care schedules in Furkeep are general reminders, not medical advice. Always follow your veterinarian's guidance. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for the care of your animals.

Free and Pro

The free tier includes one pet. Pro is available as a yearly subscription (with a free trial where offered) or a one-time lifetime purchase. Payment is taken by Apple or Google. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends, in your store account settings. Refunds are handled by the store under its policies.

Your data

Your data is stored on your device. You are responsible for keeping backups. We cannot recover data from a lost or wiped device because we never have a copy.

Liability

Furkeep is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, including missed appointments or treatments. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country.
